Warwick Assembly of God offers fiesta at VBS
Warwick For their Vacation Bible School this summer, Warwick Assembly of God will sponsor a Fiesta from 6:30 to 9 p.m., Monday, June 26, to Friday, June 30, at the church on the corner of Second and South streets. Family members and friends are encouraged to join in at 8:45 p.m. The program will provide Bible-learning activities for children of all ages. Each day, they will sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, nibble Maraca Munchies, take on a Daily Challenge to let Jesus’ love grow into their homes, learn about Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of God’s Word, and create Bible Point Crafts to take home and play with all summer long. “Fiesta is an exciting way for kids to learn more about Jesus’ love,” said Pastor David Peterson. “Nearly a million children in North America will take part in a hands-on missions project that will reach needy children in Latin American countries. Each day concludes at Fiesta Finale, a celebration that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. We hope Fiesta will lift up Jesus’ love in our community.” For further information, call 986-2083.
