Sept. 20 Stephan Kitar, 41, of Warwick, was arrested for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, both misdemeanors, after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident. He was released on his own recognizance. Keith Brazil, 53, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, after a report was received of his erratic driving. He was released on $100 bail. Sept. 21 Alejandro Natividad, 40, of Corona, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Sept. 25 Michael Gonzalez, 22, of West Haverstraw, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on $100 bail. Xian Xu, 24, of Staten Island, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. She was released on her own recognizance.
