Dec. 19 Kevin Kelly, 27, of Warwick was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and failure to surrender a suspended license, a misdemeanor, and was sent to Orange County Jail. Two other people also were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and were released on their own recognizance. Dec. 20 Brian Mann, 27, of Monroe, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, and a bench warrant issued by the Town of Ramapo, after a traffic stop. He was released into the custody of the Town of Ramapo Police. Dec. 21 Jeffrey Duggins, 29, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident. He was released on his own recognizance. Dec. 22 Dennis Vega, 21, of Middletown, was arrested on an bench warrant issued by the Tuxedo Town Court for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, after his release from Orange County Jail. He was released on $500 bail. Vidal Villalobos, 36, of Paterson, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Dec. 24 Genna Milton, 24, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. She was released on her own recognizance. Junior Marte-Lopez, 34, of Meriden, Conn., was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Melanie Valentin, 25, of Dunmore, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, and a bench warrant issued by the Village of Suffern, after a traffic stop. She was released on $100 bail and then into the custody of the Village of Suffern Police.
