    During the holidays, many local organizations collect donations of toys for the children of families in need, so that no child goes without something special under the tree. Toys for Tots •Nebrasky technicians will pick up new toys for Toys for Tots from any customer or from any community member in the Monroe-Woodbury and Warwick areas who wishes to donate. To arrange for a pick-up, call 783-6661. Participants can also drop off toys at Nebrasky headquarters at 1019 Route 17M in Monroe. The deadline for toy donation is Monday, Dec. 19. • Coldwell Banker Currier & Lazier Realtor, in conjunction with the United States Marine Corps, is holding their annual Toys for Tots collection. To put a smile on a child’s face this holiday season, drop new and unwrapped toys at 791 Route 17M in Monroe. Call 782-5151. • Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame will be collecting new, unwrapped gifts for Toys for Tots for the United States Marine Corps Reserve until Thursday, Dec. 15. Toys can be brought in between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily, to the drop box in the main lobby at 240 Main St. in Goshen. Call 294-6330. • Harriman Auto will act as a drop off facility for collecting new unwrapped toys for boys and girls for the United States Marine Corps drive for Toys For Tots. Other Holiday Toy Drives • Bank of America’s 2005 Holiday Toy Drive: Until Friday, Dec. 16, Bank of America banking centers will accept new, unwrapped toys appropriate for children up to 18 years of age, at any of four locations: 23 East Main St., Washingtonville; 54 West Main St., Goshen; Route 32 and Temple Hill Road, Vails Gate; and 671 County Route 1, Pine Island. Call 1-800-841-4000. • WTBQ Radio will have drop-off boxes at all Florida town and village halls, and “all the stores,” according to radio personality Uncle Buck (Frank Pileggi), who will also pick up toys for anyone who calls him at 469-7551. Gift wrapping will be available, free of charge.
