Sept. 30 Patrick J. Butler, 21, of Goshen, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Sunset Terrace. He was released to reappear in Town Court. A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third degree unlawful fleeing a police officer and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident Kings Highway. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 1 Derron K. Burton, 36, of Warwick, was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct following an incident on West Street. He was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. Oct. 2 Roger K. Williams, 44, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 3 A 16-year-old youth from Warwick was charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing following an incident on Marian Court. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 4 An 18-year-old man from Middletown was charged with second degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing and second degree harassment following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Two Greenwood Lake men, one 17-years-old and the other 18-years-old, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Darin Road. They were released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 5 Jessica L. Vanhorn, 23, of Unionville, was charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. She was released to reappear in Town Court. Jeffrey R. Forhez, 46, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $250 bail to reappear in Town Court.
