April 15 Matthew T. Greener, 22, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. April 16 E. F. Geniti-Reynolds, 32, of Central Valley, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Wheeler Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. William Luke, 28, of Branchville, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Elm Street. He was released to reappear in village court. April 17 Michael Bateman, 38, of Port Jervis, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court. April 18 Jason Sonnichsen, 33, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released on $20 bail to reappear in village court. April 19 Michael V. Stafford, 51, of Haverstraw, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released on $25 bail to reappear in village court. April 20 Danielle M. Visconti, 26, of Goshen, was charged with petty larceny following an incident on Grand Street. She was released to reappear in village court. April 21 Brian Conway, 28, and Robert J. Roosa 23, of Poughkeepsie, and Gregory R. Nazak, 28, and Nicholas C. Haines, 25, of Wappinger Falls, were charged with open container violations following an incident on South Street. They were released to reappear in village court. Frederick E. Landrigan, 47, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree grand larceny following an incident State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. James A. Eckman, 23, of Washingtonville, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree reckless endangerment and reckless driving following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released to the West Milford, N.J., Police Department for additional charges. William Menge, 42, of Warwick, was charged with first-degree burglary, third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing and second-degree unlawful imprisonment following an incident on Aimee Court. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Bartlett and remanded to the Orange County Jail on $25,000 bail. Town of Chester April 14 Gail M.Mann, 49, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance to appear May 8 in Chester Town Court. April 15 Jon M. Powers, 31, of Southfields, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Town of Chester Court. He was released on $100 cash bail to appear May 8 in Chester Town Court. April 19 Douglas M. Sisco Jr., 23, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor, and trespass, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance to appear June 4 in Chester Town Court. Rocco DiFranco, 19, of Warwick, was charged with trespass, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance to appear June 4 in Chester Town Court.
