Oct. 14 Nancy D. Keefe, 54, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .18 percent, reckless endangerment in the second degree, reckless driving, and obstructing governmental administration, all misdemeanors, as well as several vehicle and traffic infractions. She was arraigned in Town of Chester Court and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail. She was due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Oct. 16. Mary F. Tietz, 32, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Nov. 13. Oct. 15 William L. Kitchen, 37 of Middletown, was charged on an outstanding bench warrant issued by the Town of Chester Court. He was released on his own recognizance and was due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Oct 16. Oct. 18 Raymond M. Pitt, 22, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Nov. 13. Denise St. Lawrence, 21, of Goshen, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Nov. 13.
