Nov. 11 John M. Fajardo, 27, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to surrender suspended items, both misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear Dec. 13 in Chester Town Court. Nov. 21 Caitlin McKenna, 19, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear Dec. 12 in Chester Town Court. Nov. 25 Laura B. Lolya, 46, of Chester, was charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. She was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail and is due to appear Dec. 12 in Chester Town Court.
