    Sept. 4 • Harry A. Knapp, 39, of Sugar Loaf, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Sept. 5 • Gabriel Cortes-Reyes, 20, of Pine Island, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on Sept. 19. • Everardo Samdoval-Gil, 28, of Pine Island, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on Sept. 19. • Jesus Gil, 26, of Pine Island, was charged with criminal possession of a second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on Sept. 19. • Luis Reyes-Cortes, 25, of Pine Island, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on Sept. 19. • Olga Osari-Martinez, 27, of Pine Island, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony. Sept. 7 • Rawlie Beckles, 42, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on Oct. 17.
