May 23 • Melissa Payne, 30, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released on her recognizance to appear June 12 in the Town of Chester Court. • Robert James Stanko, 25, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear June 12 in the Town Chester Court. • Robert Jose Kennedy, 20, of Monroe, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Town of Chester Court for trespass. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail to appear June 4 in Town of Chester Court. • Jayson Dameron, 27, of Monroe, was charged with possession of a fictitious inspection sticker, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance pending an appearance July 2 in Chester Town Court.
