    WARWICK-The first phase of the town of Warwick's road re-surfacing has been completed, according to information from Supervisor Michael Sweeton's office. Motorists are cautioned to drive slowly on these roads until the surface has had ample time to set-up. Road crews will be sweeping up the loose stone in the weeks ahead. Slurry coating will begin shortly in Wickham Village and Wickham Knolls. In other town news: • The town is seeking two additional residents to join a committee being formed to address the Town ATV/Noise ordinance. Town officials would like a resident from both the Florida and Greenwood Lake area. Anyone interested should call Sweeton at 986-1120, ext. 240, or send a letter to Town Hall, 132 Kings Highway, Warwick, N.Y. 10990. This committee will be formed at the Town Board's next regular meeting on the Aug. 18 at 7:30 p.m. in the Warwick Town Hall, 132 Kings Highway. • Orange County will hold a hazardous household waste day on Friday, Aug. 5, for business, farmers and governments, as well as on Saturday, Aug. 6, for all Orange County residents. The event will be held at the Orange County Airport, 500 Dunn Road, Montgomery, and you must pre-register.
