Three chances to hunt for Easter eggs in Warwick

WARWICK - There will be tree opportunities to hunt for Easter eggs in Warwick this weekend: • Friday, April 2, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Camp Warwick at The Warwick Center, 62 Warwick Center Road. Children ages 5- to 12 welcomed. Bring your own basket and camera for Easter Bunny photo opportunities. Call 986-1164. • Saturday, April 3, beginning at 10 a.m. sharp, the Village of Warwick will host its annual egg hunt at Stanley Deming Park. Admission is free and bags will be provided. The Easter Bunny also is scheduled to make an appearance. • Saturday, April 3, beginning at noon, Pennings Farm Market and the Warwick Fire Department will host their annual Easter egg hunt at the market, located on the left of Route 94 South just past ShopRite Plaza as you travel from the Village of Warwick. The event starts with a best decorated Easter Basket Contest about a half-hour before the lineup and start of the egg hunt at noon. Everyone is invited and the children will be divided into three age groups as they hunt for thousands of candies and chocolate eggs in the fields behind the market and leading up to the apple orchard.
