Warwick - Have you ever wondered what makes jam jiggle? Is a Papalo a fruit or a vegetable? Do carrots come in different colors? These questions as well as many more can be answered by attending the children’s day event at the Warwick Farmers’ Market on Sunday, Sept. 24, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. All children are invited to visit the market and learn about the many agricultural products of the market. There also will be a scavenger hunt for kids ages 5-12 with prizes. The Guillotins from Shalimar Alpaca Farm also will be on hand with one of their Alpacas. The Warwick Valley Farmers’ Market is open through the last Sunday in October, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
