Warwick — They’ve been painting the town pink. Members of the Warwick Middle school art club run by Nicole Heller took time after school this past Monday to paint pink ribbons on village store fronts for Think Pink and Jodi’s Drive. The two organizations have teamed up to fight breast cancer. Today, Friday, Sept. 23, is the official kick off of Think Pink. And the Warwick Varsity Football team has dedicated tonight’s game to Think Pink. Fans are urged to wear pink and be a part of this event. Kick off is 7 p.m. “This is very close to the boys heart,” said Kim Corcum, chairperson of the event. “Over the past two years the team has lost two of their team members’ moms to breast cancer.”
