The Warwick Advertiser expands its circulation to Greenwood Lake
Warwick - The Warwick Advertiser will now be delivered to people living and working in Greenwood Lake’s 10925 zip code, Jeanne Straus, the president and publisher of the newspaper announced this week. Beginning with this week’s edition, the paper will mailed to more than 2,500 residents and businesses blanketing Greenwood Lake. Published continuously since 1866 and now on the Web, too, The Warwick Advertiser is the flagship publication of Straus News, which owns it and eight other intensely local weekly newspapers in the area. The paper has been available at news stands and online (warwickadvertiser.com) since the Greenwood Lake News closed earlier this year. “We wanted Greenwood Lake residents to be able to join the thousands of Warwickians who turn toThe Warwick Advertiser’s award-winning local news each week to find out what’s happening in town,” Straus said in explaining the expansion. “And we trust this move will help Greenwood Lake residents copy their many neighbors and shop locally this holiday season.” After the turn of the year, the paper will be delivered to those Greenwood Lake residents who request it. Cards to request the paper will be available next month. How to reach us Editorial: Managing editor Bob Quinn can be reached at 845-469-9000, ext. 307.
