Successful tag sale

Bargain hunters recently found great deals during a special “tag sale” organized by the housekeeping staff at Mount Alverno Center in Warwick. Margarita Cortes, left, organized the event and met with Housekeeping Supervisor Maria Di Luzio after the sale. The object was to sell furniture and accessories that had been recently replaced and earn a few dollars that would benefit residents. Almost every item was sold and proceeds will be used to purchase a surround system for the lobby’s television and satellite radio services in the lounges outside the residential apartments.
