Nov. 7 John G. Gargano, 30, of Middletown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. Nancy A. Lombardi, 34, of Harriman, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony. She was issued an appearance ticket. Nellie Gleaton, 37, of New Windsor, was charged with passing a check with insufficient funds, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Nov. 11 An 18-year-old female from New Rochelle was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Nov. 12 Dean A. Morgan, 38, Shaun A. Brown, 40, and a 17-year-old female, all from the Bronx, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets. Marcella C. Morin, 27, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Nov. 13 Michael T. Scanlon, 38, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. Jacquelyn Howard, 23, of Washingtonville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Lancellot A. Givans, 27, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, falsifying business records and offering to file a false instrument, felonies. Russell J. Mainardi, 55, of Highland Mills, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket.
