Allen, 32, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, first-degree falsifying business records, and first-degree offering to file a false instrument, felonies. Jan. 26 Hayley Haroldson, 32, of Stony Point, was charged with first-degree driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 27 Victor E. Burns, 25, of Middletown, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Scott A. Smith, 43,of Fanwood, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. Chelsea T. Cox, 22, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $250. Cheryl Taylor, 27, of Cleveland, Ohio, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was sent to Orange County Jail. Aparis V. Higgs, 25, of Toledo, Ohio, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. She was sent to Orange County Jail. Jan. 28 A 17-year-old female from Tompkins Cove was charged with having a controlled substance in a non-original container, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, and a license plate violation. She was issued an appearance ticket. Susan M. Wickham, 44, of North Wildwood, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was sent to Orange County Jail.
