Jan. 7 A 19-year-old male from West Haverstraw was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket. Victor M. Aparicio-Munoz, 42, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 9 James F. Davenport, 31, of Monroe, was charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on bail. Jan. 10 Michelee A. Boddie, 45, of New York City, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on $250 bail. Latoya T. Brown, 24, of the Bronx, was charged with four counts of first-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony. She was released on bail. Jan. 11 Melissa Berson, 20, of Brooklyn, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on $150 bail. Martin Subocz, 31, of Warwick, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 13 Michele Mann, 32, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Tasha N. Moreno, 27, of Highland Mills, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Susan Cazales, 24, of Monroe, and a 17-year-old male from Monroe, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets. A 17-year-old female from Harriman, a 17-year-old female from Arden, and an 18-year-old female from Highland Mills, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets. Vivian Blanchette, 46, of Tuxedo, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. She was released to a third party. Jan. 14 James C. Wilder, 21, of Tuxedo, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party. Karina J. Plankl, 26, of Yorktown Heights, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on her own recognizance. Allison D. Butler, 38, of Hillburn, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a felony, acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was remanded to Orange County Jail. Christopher F. Eisert, 26, of New City, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket.
