    Dec. 4 Darnell L. King, 27, of New York City, was charged with petty larceny, second-degree falsifying business records, second-degree criminal impersonation, misdemeanors, and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Dec. 6 Jenelle J. Arrington, 20, of Middletown, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Germain M. Morales, 30, of the Bronx, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Dec. 7 An 18-year-old female from Westwood, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old Goshen female was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and issued an appearance ticket. Dec. 9 Erica L. Brown, 25, and Theresa Murphy, 33, both of Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued appearance tickets. Michele Murphy, 41, of Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old male from Goshen was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was released on bail.
