    Dec. 12 Joseph C. Ebbecke, 31, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Dec. 13 Thomas C. Browne, 40, of Salisbury Mills, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, 44 counts of first-degree falsifying business records, 44 counts of first-degree offering to file a false instrument, felonies, and filing a false written statement, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Reeta Waris, 22, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Dec. 15 An 18-year-old male from Suffern and an 18-year-old male from Hillburn were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued appearance tickets. Dec. 17 Michael T. Sutherland, 20, of Walden, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party. A 19-year-old male from Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. A. Martin-Keenan, 49, of Warwick, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, third-degree grand larceny, second-degree forgery, and first-degree falsifying business records, felonies. She was released on bail.
