Sept. 5 Karen Johnson, 45, of New York City, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on bail. Kim Y. Jones, 37, of the Bronx, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on bail. Sept. 7 Anna T. Brady, 48, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal contempt, misdemeanors, and second-degree harassment, a violation. She was released on her own recognizance. Whitney Burris, 21, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Paul W. Dolan, 34, of Warwick, was charged with three counts of animal torture, a misdemeanor. He was released on $100 bond. Sept. 8 Moussa Kone, 30, of New York City, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, second-degree possession of a forged instrument and first-degree falsifying business records, felonies. He was released on bail. Sept. 9 Dannel K. Brown, 23, of Pomona, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Sept. 11 Kevin A. Stadnick, 28, of Blauvelt, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Patrick L. Kilduff, 37, of Suffern, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
