    Nov. 6 Taylor R. Schneider, 23, of Stony Point, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Nov. 8 An 18-year-old female from Monsey and a 15-year-old female from Suffern were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets. Nov. 9 Jason M. Jarocki, 35, of Highland Mills, was charged with possession of a forged instrument, two counts of first-degree falsifying business records, two counts of first-degree offering to file a false instrument, all felonies, and fifth-degree insurance fraud, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Toni L. Rodriquez, 43, of Goshen, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Nov. 10 Nyah J. Taylor, 22, of Monroe, was charged with possession of a sexual performance by a child, a felony, and issued an appearance ticket. Peter S. Paulino, 24, of Highland Mills, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. He was released on $150 bail. Nov. 12 Rehan M. Gandal, 27, of Monroe, was charged with resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, all misdemeanors. He was released on bail.
