Nov. 29 Suzanne J. Christy, 35, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party. Dec. 3 Garrett M. Smith, 28, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Jordan J. Bailey, 20, of Warwick, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket.
