    Sept. 18 Daneille D. Federoff, 44, of Monroe, and Michelle S. Hall, 43, of Chestertown, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets. Sept. 19 Carl Desir, 22, of New Windsor, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket. Sept. 20 Four Goshen males aged 16, 17, 18, and 19 were charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and issued appearance tickets. Sept. 21 Patrick Zepir, 29, of Brooklyn, was charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony. He was released on $3,000 bail. Sept. 22 Toby A. Reese, 24, of Homer, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a previous conviction. He was issued an appearance ticket.
