A 17-year-old Harriman female was charged with three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
