Dec. 22 A 16-year-old female from Mount Vernon was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket. A 17-year-old Monroe male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket. Dec. 23 Lydia Esparra, 60, of Manhattan, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket. Dec. 24 A 17-year-old Monroe female was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket. A 17-year-old male from Highland Falls was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
