Jacob Kohn, 40, of Kiryas Joel, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. September 14 Anthony J. Watkins, 40, of Middletown, was charged with first-degree falsifying business records, a felony. He was issued an appearance ticket. Priscilla M. Eisenring, 33, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Richard N. Branigan, 41, of Monroe, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. September 15 James D. Mann, 26, of Monroe, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on $500 bail pending a future court appearance. September 16 William G. Stay, 43 and Raymond W. Starr, 40, both of Pine Bush, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and first-degree falsifying business records, a felony. They were issued appearance tickets. Geordan C. France, 21, of Corona, and Sara L. Mercedes, 24, of Elmhurst, were charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets. September 17 Andrew Morales, 42, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Domingo A. Sanchez, 24, of the Bronx, was charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony. He was released on bail.
