July 10 A 14-year-old Campbell Hall male was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old female from Chester was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. July 11 Franco Mansueto, 46, of Middletown, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction. He was released to a third party. July 12 Sheniequa L. Eastman, 21, of Newburgh, and Marisa C. Brown, 20, of New Windsor, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets. Two 19-year-old Chester females and a 17-year-old Chester female were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets. A 17-year-old male and an 18-year-old female from Highland Mills were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets. A 17-year-old Monroe male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and issued an appearance ticket. July 14 Daven P. Vanterpool, 40, of Irvington, N.J., and Garfield E. Gillings, 54, of Brooklyn, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued appearance tickets. Raleigh N. Swinton, 32, of Newburgh, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and a local law violation. He was sent to Orange County Jail. July 15 Joseph R. Paci, 23, of Florida, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. Marie C. Boslooper, 23, and Brieann Centro, 21, both of Monroe, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued appearance tickets. A 17-year-old Greenwood Lake female was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. July 16 William J. Albanis, 28, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. Carly M. She was issued an appearance ticket. July 17 A 19-year-old male from Highland Mills was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and several vehicle and traffic infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket. A 17-year-old Highland Mills male was charged with having a controlled substance in a non-original container and unlawful possession of marijuana, violations. He was issued an appearance ticket.
