Vidro, 37, of Ridgewood, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. A 19-year-old female from Liberty was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket. Nov. 16 A 17-year-old male from Highland Mills was charged with two counts of sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor, and second-degree dissemination of indecent material to minors, a felony. He was issued an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. A 19-year-old Highland Mills male was charged with sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Mark A. Brownsell, 29, of Monroe, and Steven Matos, 29, of Greenwood Lake, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued appearance tickets. An 18-year-old female from Blooming Grove was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Nov. 17 An 18-year-old Highland Mills male was charged with sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. John Doe, 36, of Goshen, was charged with obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Nov. 19 Enver A. Dalmas, 66, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. Jennifer Wenz, 31, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Nov. 20 John M. Marino, 38, of Salisbury Mills, was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a blood alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. Kenneth D. Hoyt, 46, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released to a third party.
