Aug. 16 David St. Cry, 25, of Highland Mills, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released on bail. Aug. 17 A 17-year-old male from Newburgh was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Leah M. Solitario, 30, of Middletown, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Aug. 21 A 19-year-old Monroe male was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party. Felix Hernandez, 30, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party. Heinemann Castillo, 23, of Highland Mills, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and several vehicle and traffic violations. He was released on $500 cash bail.
