    Jan. 1 A 19-year-old Chester male was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a felony. He was issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 2 Two 17-year-old males from Suffern and Hillburn were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued appearance tickets. Karlaelda Knouth, 41, of Southfields, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Shawnese L. Singleton, 34, of the Bronx, was charged with petty larceny, two counts of falsifying business records, misdemeanors, and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony. She was released on $5,000 bail pending a future court appearance. Jan. 3 James W. Clark, 41, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 4 Alexis J. Zaccari, 20, of Highland Mills, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of 8 percent or more, misdemeanors, and issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 5 Natalie V. Stedfelt, 36, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 6 Gerald L. Guillaume, 25, of Middletown, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old male from Manhattan was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and first-degree falsifying business records, a felony. He was issued an appearance ticket. Three people also were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, in separate incidents. Each was issued an appearance ticket.
