    Jan. 15 An 18-year-old male from Monroe was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and issued an appearance ticket. Elimelech S. Schwartz, 63, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party. Jan. 16 Dequane D. Gibbs, 21, of Brooklyn, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and four counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony. He was released on bail. Kathleen V. Tanner, 40, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was released on bail. Jan. 17 Valiantsina Ryzhykava, 53, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was released on an appearance ticket. A 16-year-old male from Goshen was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and issued an appearance ticket. Lordney L. Mackey, 47, of Mount Vernon, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance. Tara A. Minerva, 25, of Pomona, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Kelly M. Vaughan, 23, of Campbell Hall, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 19 Robert J. Formato, 33, of Pine Bush, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Samona J. Pasquale, 30, and Edward R. Pasquale, 32, both of Harriman, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets. Jan. 20 Kerven Benoit, 25, of Brooklyn, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, first-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on bail. Lisa P. Brodsky, 55, of Central Valley, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 21 John T. Wilson, 31, of Monroe, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated, and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
