    Aug. 29 Thierno M. Diallo, 23, of the Bronx, was charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony. He was released on $1,000 bail. Aug. 30 Ingrid W. Perez, 23, of the Bronx, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony. She was sent to Orange County Jail. Roman Nazarchuk, 21, of Blooming Grove, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on bail. Aug. 31 Tami J. Barringer, 40, of Napanoch, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and sent to Orange County Jail. A 16-year-old male from Monroe was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and issued an appearance ticket. Sept. 1 A 19-year-old Brooklyn male was charged with 25 counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony, third-degree possession of a forged instrument, second-degree criminal impersonation and petty larceny, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail. George F. Jones, 22, of Brooklyn, was charged with 16 counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail. A 19-year-old female and an 18-year-old female, both from Nanuet, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets. Sept. 2 Todd R. Montanye, 46, of Mountainville, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and trespassing, a violation. He was released on bail. Michael P. Wilson, 50, of Chester, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party. Sept. 3 Christopher Cancel, 31, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old female from Valley Cottage was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Jimaar L. Harris, 22, of Brooklyn, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, felonies. He was released on bail. Janine T. Harris-Eastman, 37, of Brooklyn, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on bail.
