Dec. 30 Nancy G. Mezzela, 23, of Wilmington, N.C., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old female from Peekskill was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Felicia Y. Brown, 44, of Middletown, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Sade Walker, 26, of Flushing, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, second-degree possession of a forged instrument, felonies, third-degree possession of a forged instrument and second-degree criminal impersonation, misdemeanors. She was released on bail. Dec. 31 Marjorie L. Bennett, 43, of New Windsor, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Corey A. Walker, 28, of Goshen, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 1 Robert J. McConnell, 44, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old male from Washingtonville was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. State police also charged four others, ranging in age from 18 to 52, with possession of marijuana, a violation. Each was issued an appearance ticket. A Monroe man also was charged with driving with ability impaired by alcohol, an infraction. He, too, was issued an appearance ticket.
