Depetro, 40, of Bloomingburg, was charged with having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation, petty larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. She was sent to Orange County Jail. Nov. 24 David V. Soberal, 37, of Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party. A 19-year-old male from New York City was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released on bail. Liam E.
