St. Stephen-St. Edward Education Trust elects officers

Warwick - The Board of Trustees for the St. Stephen-St. Edward Educational Trust have elected the following individuals as trustees for 2007: Peter DeMarmels, Terry Gavan, Kenneth McCormick, Theresa McGill, Robert McManus, Mary Lou Moccia, Ann Marie Moore, Miriam Muse, Edward P. Scharfenberger, James Scharfenberger and Matthew Sullivan. Elected as officers of the trust were: Edward Scharfenberger as president; Sullivan as vice president; Moore as secretary; Muse as treasurer; Gavan as director of public relations. The trust was formed in 1992 as a privately funded charitable corporation designed to support the educational activities at St. Stephen-St. Edward School by providing monetary and other forms of assistance to the school and students. A joint meeting of the Board of Trustees and Board of Advisors will take place Jan. 16, 2007, to adopt a budget for the coming year.
