Jansen Nursery, Florida) Final score: Red 9, Pink 1 September 11 Green Team (sponsored by Loughran’s, Salisbury Mills) vs. Black Team (sponsored by Optimized Energy, Warwick) Final score: Green 4, Black 2. For the Green Team, veteran Jeannine Smith had 2 goals, one each in the first and second quarters. Also, two newcomers to the team, Angie Trzepkowski and Jacy Smith, each had a goal. September 11 Gold Team (sponsored by AMI Services Inc.) vs. Orange Team (sponsored by Schlesinger’s) Final score: Gold 9, Orange 4 For the Gold Team, Lisa Carey scored 3 goals, Jennifer Davis scored 2 goals, Dina Cavazza scored 2 goals, Maureen Connolly scored 1 goal, and Kathy Mandich scored 1 goal. Jill Siruchek, Cathy Thompson, and Kelly Dillon-Bailey did an “outrageous” job as goal keepers. Jansen Nursery, Florida) Final score: Gold 4, Pink 2 For the Gold Team, Lisa Carey scored 3 goals and Cathy Thompson scored 1 goal. Jennifer Davis, Dina Cavazza, Jill Siruchek, Kelly Dillon-Bailey, Kristy Peterson, Lisa Carey, and Kathy Mandich played great on offense. Beth VanPelt, Darlene Swart, Robyn Armistead, and Cathy Thompson played solid on defense. September 18 Red Team (sponsored by Hook and Ladder) vs. Green Team (sponsored by Loughran’s, Salisbury Mills) Final score: Red 3, Green 3 Red was down 2 players to start but still managed to score 2 goals in the first quarter. Green tied it up 2-2 in the second and took the lead 3-2 in the third. The Red Team tied it up in the third for a final score of 3-3. Goals for Green came from Jeannine Smith, Gemma LoBianco, and Angela Trzepkowski.
