    Washingtonville — Game scores for the Orange County Soccer League’s Women’s Recreational Soccer are:Games played on Saturday, Oct. 22 E.P. Jansen Nursery (Florida) vs Optimized Energy (Warwick): 5-7 The game was tied up until the last two minutes. Scoring for E.P. Jansen Nursery were Victoria Fleming, with three goals, and Pattiann Randazzo and Donna Squillante, each with one goal. Victoria Flemming, Pattiann Randazzo, Donna Squillante and Jessica Zeccardi came out in the rain and played with E.P. Jansen, which was unable to field a full team. Scoring for Optimized Energy were Melinda McDonald and Jennifer Davis, with two goals each, and Tricia Kent, with three goals. Andrea DeCastro, Melissa Shaw, Theresa Conlon and Jannine Barbosa played on defense. Jennifer Davis, from the AMI Services Inc. team, assisted Optimized Energy to field a full team. E.P. Jansen Nursery (Florida) vs AMI Services Inc: 0-8 Despite the steady rainfall and fierce wind both teams braved the inclimate weather to play the game. With substitutes to spare, AMI Services Inc dominated and defeated E.P. Jansen Nursery. For AMI Services Inc., Kelly Dillon-Bailey and Maureen Connolly had 2 goals each, with one goal each scored by Cathy Thompson, Dina Cavazza, Jill Siruchek, and Kathy Mandich. Defensive playing by Robin Armistead, Kristy Peterson, Donna Squillante, Jen Davis, and Beth VanPelt assisted in the shut out. Marianne Cummings, Jannine Barbosa and Laura Maxwell came out in the rain and played with E.P. Jansen, which was unable to field a full team. Loughran’s (Salisbury Mills) vs Schlesingers: 0-forfeit Loughran had an automatic win due to a forfeit by Schlesingers. Games played on Sunday, Oct. 23 Loughran’s (Salisbury Mills) vs Hook and Ladder: 0-4 It was an intense game. Hook and Ladder handled the ball very well and dominated most of the game. They had for break-a-ways and took advantage of all of them. Loughran’s played very well, beating Hook and Ladder to the ball and holding the defense tight, but was unable to get many shots on goal. Loughran’s goalie, Jenn Erbeck, did a tremendous job in goal, making many diving saves and keeping the team within range of possibly catching up. Optimized Energy (Warwick) vs Schlesingers 2-0 Optimized Energy’s two goals were scored by Sarah Farina. Melinda McDonald, Regan Romanowski, Tricia Kent, and Farina played an offensive game. Andrea DeCastro, Melissa Shaw, Theresa Conlon, Jannine Barbosa, and Susan Lindsay played a great defensive game. Lisa Jackson played flawlessly in goal to complete the shut out.
