Warwick The Warwick Wild U-15G travel soccer team took second place in the March of Dimes “Winter Blast Tournament” held on Friday, Feb. 10, at the Hudson Valley Sports Dome in Milton. The Wild team’s keeper and defense were strong, and answered every attempt made at goal, to shut out four of the five teams played. Those teams included some U-16G regional teams. The offense set up coordinated shots on goal to shoot, score and win. The Wild team ended the tournament with a final record of 2-1-2. Coached by Paul Bisaro and Doug Stage, most of this “wild bunch” have played together as a team since their elementary school years. The team will return to the Sports Dome on Sunday, March 5, for the Monroe United Tournament.
