Warwick’s Emily Henderson breaks 2000m record

Emily Henderson is going into only her second season with Warwick Valley High School Crew Team and she already has crushed the girls' 2000 meter record. Emily finished the 2000 meters in 7 minutes 51.8 seconds in one of the most grueling events in all sports. The Warwick Crew season begins March 5 and the team will be competing in 2000-meter indoor race in Newburgh on April 14.
