Warwick’s Natalie Daigle and Tristan Peterson recognized

Warwick. Pair honored as Warwick Valley’s senior Scholar–Athletes of the Year.

Natalie Daigle and Tristan Peterson were recognized by the Orange County League as Warwick Valley High School’s 2020 Senior Scholar–Athletes of the Year.

Daigle and Peterson were honored along with 48 students from the 24 schools that make up the Orange County Interscholastic Athletic Association.

Natalie Daigle

Natalie Daigle ranks 9th in a class of 304 with a cumulative grade point average of 101.28. She is a five-year varsity lacrosse player, selected team captain for the 2020 season.

Natalie has scored 122 goals and led the team in assists for the past two season (All Section IX Selection).

Natalie also has competed on the varsity soccer team for four-years as a defensive midfielder.

She is a National Honor Society member and Mu Alpha Theta Math Honor Society member.

Natalie serves as student representative to the Warwick Valley Board of Education and the Warwick Historical Society.

She will be attending Vassar College in the fall, majoring in biology and playing lacrosse for the Brewers.

Tristan Peterson

Tristan Peterson ranks 19th in a class of 304 with a cumulative grade point average of 100.36. He is a two-year varsity football player and four-year varsity indoor and outdoor track athlete who competes as thrower. He was selected captain of the throwers in 2020.

Tristan is a National Honor Society member and serves as the Model United Nations President. Tristan is an active member of Youth in Government and president of the Spanish Club.

He will be attending the University of Miami in the Fall and will major in engineering.
