Warwick excels in Hudson Valley football combine

Wildcat’s Finish Second Overall,By Gregory Sirico Warwick - The Warwick Wildcat’s left brought their winter training season to a close with a strong showing in the Hudson Valley Football Combine held in Warwick this past Saturday. The event pitted Section IX football teams against each other in football-related strength and conditioning competitions. The Wildcat’s finished second overall, just 40 points short of Newburgh Free Academy for the overall title. Twelve teams throughout the section competed and more than 455 football players throughout section IX took part in the free football event run by the Warwick Football staff. Team Scores 1.
