Warwick Youth Football & Cheer wants to thank all of the families and children for a successful season in 2020.
With contact football on hold this year by the state, WYF&C set up a Flag Football & Cheer season instead for all children from August through mid-October.
After 20 Warwick teams practicing and playing games for 10 weeks, the season ended on Oct 18 with three teams earning a championship.
“Congratulations to all children who worked hard and had fun with friends and teammates while competing during the season,” said Brian Perez, the president of Warwick Youth Football & Cheer.
In 2021, Warwick Youth Football & Cheer will continue flag football (late May through July) and contact football (August through October).
