The Forestburgh Race Committee announces 5k run and walk

Forestburgh, N.Y. — The 2013 Forestburgh 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for August 17, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. The race will take place in the Lake Joseph area of the Town of Forestburgh. For the first time, this year's race will be part of the 2013 Hudson Valley Grand Prix 5K Series. The course has been certified by USA Track and Field under certificate number NY12129JG.

As in the past, all proceeds from the race will benefit HOSPICE of Orange and Sullivan Counties.

After the race, participants are invited to a Forestburgh activities day for a swim at the town pool and BBQ.
