— Sabrina Easton, a key contributor to the girls varsity ski team’s division and sectional title this past week, has been named Warwick Valley High School’s ‘Student-Athlete of the Week” under the program sponsored by the Bill Garcia Allstate Insurance Agency.

Sabrina is a two-time Division II individual champion and three-year silver medalist at the Section 9 championships. She recently qualified for the NYSPHSAA State Championships for the third consecutive year, which will be held at Bristol Mountain next week.

Sabrina maintains a solid 90 average and takes a challenging course load that includes Advanced Placement Literature and United States History for college credit.

She will be recognized by the NYSPHSAA as a Scholar–Athlete in the winter with a grade point average more than 90 in her season.

When not skiing for the Wildcats, Sabrina competes as a member of the NYSSRA (Ski Team) out of Hunter Mountain and has great appreciation for the support of her parents, teammates and coaches for their continued time and effort.

Sabrina is the daughter of Betty Ann and Terrance Easton of Warwick. Her sister Samantha is a senior and standout tennis player for the Wildcats.
