Warwick Valley High School senior Eric Ormsby organized and held a Chumash Lacrosse Tournament on April 28 at the Warwick Town Sports Complex on Union Corners Road. This fund-raising event was part of Eric's senior project. All proceeds went to the "HEADstrong Foundation," which is a non-profit organization that improves the quality of life for cancer patients and their families. The event was fun-filled and a positive team-building experience. To date, Eric has raised $350; the effort continues through concession stand sales at the girls home lacrosse games. Thanks to all who helped support the event.
