Registration for Pine Island summer recreation programs on June 18
PINE ISLAND Registration for Pine Island summer recreation will be held on Monday, June 18, at Pine Island Park starting at 6 p.m.
Registration forms are available on the Town of Warwicks Web site (www.townofwarwick.org). Parents are asked to print off the form and bring the completed form the night of registration as well as a copy of their childs immunizations. Registration is not complete unless the immunization form is received. Forms will not be available the night of registration at the Park.
The recreation program runs Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting on Monday, July 2, and ending on Friday. Aug. 10.
No child is to be dropped off prior to 9:30 and must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian.
Mondays are family softball nights and a parent must accompany their child.
Wednesday night teen bowling will also continue this year.
This summer the Pine Island Recreation Committee will be having four free movie nights in the Pine Island Park. Movies will be G-rated or PG-rated and will be held on designated Tuesday and Friday nights. The dates will be publicized the beginning of July.
