The strokes taught included Elementary Backstroke, Side Stroke, Front Crawl and Safety Paddle and water entries of head first dive and stride jump entry.
The program designed to promote water safety and basic water skills.
The Junior Class will begin mandatory units in Project Adventure built around activities on the district's high ropes course behind the football field.

The program is designed to promote and teach lifelong learning activities in strength, fitness and weight management.
