Minisink Kiwanis to host golf outing

PORT JERVIS — The Kiwanis Club of Minisink Valley is hosting a golf outing featuring 18 holes of golf with plenty of prizes, and topped off with a steak dinner.

The outing, in scramble format, will be held at the Lynx Golf Club at 87 Neversink Drive in Port Jervis. The fee is $110 per golfer. All proceeds will benefit the Kiwanis' charitable foundation.

Prizes will be given for first, second, and third place, longest drive, closest to pin, Win a Car, and more.

More than 100 prizes will be raffled off. There will also be free beer, beverages and lunch on course. Participate in the Shoot Out for a chance to win $1 million cash.

The schedule is as follows: Registration and breakfast – 7:30 a.m.

Shotgun start — 9 a.m. Cash bar — 2 p.m.
